Sequence Enrollees are paused

Hi. I created a sequence and enrolled contacts.  My contacts are "Paused" and I can't figure out how to move them to "scheduled."  Can anyone help?  Please.   Linda

Hi @LWakim,

There are a few things I could see pausing a sequence:

• By default, a sequence will pause until the task is complete: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/create-and-edit-sequences#add-steps-to-your-sequence – does the contact have uncompleted tasks in their sequence?
  
• You exceeded sending limits: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/sales-email-send-limits
• The email send lies outside the automated email send window:
