Sent a email to many contact in a specific stage

I need to select deals in a specific "stage"  to send them all an email. How do I do this? I see that I can select all of them to create a task for them (our, mail, call) but I can't find the way to send them all a mail. Sorry if the answer is somewhere, I don't speak English so it's hard for me to find it

Hi @Gwenou92 , to send a one-time email, you can do this by first creating a list of contacts related to deals in a certain stage and then using that list to send an email:

1. Go to Lists and create a contact-based list
2. Add a filter for Deal Properties 
3. Choose Stage and enter the stage value you want to see
4. Click Save

You can then choose this list to send a marketing email to.

To accomplish this on an ongoing basis, you could create a contact-based workflow to trigger anytime a contact is associated with a deal in a certain stage.
