Sending multiple emails in sequence without unenrolling the contact.

SOLVE

Is there a way to use Sequences to send three different email in succession without the contact being unenrolling for opening the 1st, 2nd or 3rd email?

Hi @MClifton 

 

I would use a Workflow instead of a Sequence in this case.

 

Workflows aren't interrupted by a Contacts activity unles you specify the actiivity and add a step inyour Workflow.

Hi @MClifton,

 

No, a contact can only be enrolled in one sequence at a time. Also keep in mind that opening an email will not unenroll a contact, replying will: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/unenroll-from-sequence

 

If you want to be able to continue sending emails despite one of these unenrollment triggers (linked above), you would have to create a contact-based workflow with automated marketing emails, as @Mike_Eastwood has pointed out: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/create-automated-emails-to-use-in-workflows

No, a contact can only be enrolled in one sequence at a time. Also keep in mind that opening an email will not unenroll a contact, replying will: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/unenroll-from-sequence
