It's not possible to send one-to-one emails in bulk. If you have a Sales or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise license however, you could use a one-email sequence for that. Contacts can be enrolled in sequences in batches of 50 contacts.
(Without that license, this is not possible and I'm not aware of an workarounds within HubSpot.)

As mentioned above, there isn't. You could either use sequences (for bulk enrollment) or task queues (for efficient email sending) but there isn't a "better" solution to bulk send 1:1 emails.

I mean, don't we think we NEED this? Use case: Customer service: Same issue to a bunch of people. (eg all people working at a hotel that has a water leak in the housing) why would they have to create an email, then make it a sequence to send this?? They do NOT get access to marketing email so that's not even an option
I was trying to solve this too, but if you have the integration set up with Gmail or Outlook, you could always have your templates in there and send bulk one-off emails from that application. Then just use the tracking/logging plugin to make sure it is tracked in hubspot as well. It's not exactly the same, but it should update all your contacts and related records.

With this regard, one can just multiple select contacts and assign them to task - that will be basically to send an email with a specific aim. Is there any other solution/idea to manage multiple contacts by sending emails?
