Sending 1:1 emails

SOLVE

Hello,

 

This morning I am on a crunch and my emails stopped sending. It says:

 

"An error occurred while trying to send this email. Please try again."

 

There is no difference between these I am trying to send and those I have sent successfuly. Just started getting this message.

 

Update: I was able to schedule it from an hour from now and it seems fine. Then a few minutes later was a able to send "now" again.

Hey @SMalek out of curiosity were you sending a lot of emails today? It's possible you may have hit some rate limiting if so. 

If you could provide a network error screenshot of what you're seeing when you click this button and see this error (specifically the "response" tab) it might help with troubleshooting!

Hey @SMalek out of curiosity were you sending a lot of emails today? It's possible you may have hit some rate limiting if so. 

If you could provide a network error screenshot of what you're seeing when you click this button and see this error (specifically the "response" tab) it might help with troubleshooting!

Also, can you share the screenshot of what error you are getting so that I can have a clear idea of what actually is happening in your account
