Scheduled email disappeared

Hi! I scheduled an email for myself by 2021 and when i clicked on "send scheduled email" it completely dissapeared.

I connot see it in drafts, scheduled emails, sent or recieved.

 

How can i recover my email?

Hi @francoboni,

 

What inbox are you using? Gmail or Outlook? Did you schedule the email from within the CRM or from your inbox? 

 

If you schedule another email, are you experiencing the same issue?

Hi Jenny, 

 

I am using gmail. I scheduled the email from the inbox but this is the first time it dissapears. I never experience such an issue and i suppose it is because the programmed email is due in a couple of years from now.
