Hi @francoboni,

What inbox are you using? Gmail or Outlook? Did you schedule the email from within the CRM or from your inbox?

If you schedule another email, are you experiencing the same issue?

Thanks,
Jenny

Hi Jenny,

I am using gmail. I scheduled the email from the inbox but this is the first time it dissapears. I never experience such an issue and i suppose it is because the programmed email is due in a couple of years from now.

Thanks for your answer.

Regards,

Franco

Hi @francoboni,

There was a recent update to the gmail extension which included updates to the send later functionality. If you are still experiencing this issue after confirming you have the most up to date version of the extension, can you please create a test email, schedule it to be sent to one recipient, and collect a har file during the scheduling process?

Thanks,
Jenny

How recent are we talking? because this happend in October. I haven't experience this issue again because i haven't used this feature.

The problem afterall is that i lost a very important email which i cannot recover by myself. Is there someone who can help me?

Hi @francoboni,

The extension was updated as recently as December 14, 2018.

If you are still having issues after updating the extension and can provide the information I requested, I am here to help.

Thank you,
Jenny
