Saving template

Tried to save a new email as a template. 

 

I'm within the maximum of 5 templates to use. 

 

I updated the content and was able to save and noticed that I needed to update the subject line - revisited the template and couldn't save a new subject line where as I can update things in the other templates and save them. 

 

Tried deleting and creating a new one but this comes up with an error box saying that the template cannot be deleted. 

 

There are no other users using the template at the moment.

Are you still experiencing this issue? 

 

Is the issue that the template was wrongly saved when you were trying to update it?
