Sales & Marketing Emails

Hi, 

So I'm wondering if anyone knows if Sales can access marketing emails and materials to send to prospects where relevant? I can see templates for sales emails in conatct record but nothing for marketing email content. 

Any ideas?

Sales user can be assigned permissions to send marketing emails, yes: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/hubspot-user-permissions-guide#marketing-tools

However, this is not something that's triggered from the contact record.

If that's the behaviour you want, I'd recommend aligning with marketing and creating a custom contact property with options that correspond to marketing emails. When selected, this could trigger a workflow that sends the emails - managed by your marketing team.
