Revenue from Follow up emails

SOLVE

Hello all...

I'm hoping some of you, or hopefully, at least 1 of you can assist me on creating a Report that specifically shows Revenue generated from Sales Agents following up with a contact.
Does such a thing exist in HubSpot? If so where? If not, can we create it?

Any help is appreciated.

Revenue from Follow up emails

SOLVE

Hi @JReal,

In attribution reports, you can include sales emails as an asset type: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-attribution-reports

Under Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Attribution report, scroll down to the revenue section and create a custom report. Now, in the left sidebar in the Filters section, you can choose Sales email under Asset types.

Alternatively, you can create a report using the Custom report builder (Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Custom report builder) for the primary data source Deals along with Activities and create report filters for activities to be sales emails. The approach here would be visualizing deals that are associated with sales emails. If your follow-up emails have specific subject lines, you could filter for that.

Generally, keep in mind that HubSpot cannot say whether revenue was generated from an email. That is simply not trackable. HubSpot can tell you whether revenue is associated with a record that has a certain activity as a touchpoint.

Best regards!
