Responding to emails from contact or ticket does not add signature

SOLVE

Hi Everyone,

 

We have set a signature for our inbox which works fine when responding/composing from the Conversations>Inbox page, but if we respond to an email from a ticket or contact page the reply does not include the signature. Is there a way to attach the signature when responding through views other than Inbox?

SOLVE

Hi @WFKent for those emails, tickets and contact record, you would have to configure the signature for each user as well.
