Hi team,

 

I am trying to remove a specific email whenever I click the "Reply" button on the email so that it will only reply to the associated contact. This specific email came from a form. Is there a way to do this?

Is this in the Conversations Inbox? To best get this resolved, feel free to provide any screenshots (excluding personal/private info) of the form email you are trying to reply to. Technically you cannot reply directly to a form, but you can email a contact that is created from a form.

When I click 'Reply' or 'Reply All' within a HubSpot ticket, the main sender's email address is included in the 'To' field, even if I've removed the association between the main sender and the ticket. Is there a way to configure HubSpot so that only the associated contact's email address appears in the 'To' field when I click 'Reply'?

Hey @Emmanuele1! Thanks so much for that context. In this case, since the original sender is still part of that email thread, they will always be included when you 'reply all'. You would have to start a new thread without that recipient and reply from there.
