Problems with the email.

I've tried in every way possible to connect my email to Hubspot and I can't. Until 2 months ago, integration worked normally. Suddenly stopped working Smiley Sad

I checked again my internal systems and it seems you were able to connect successfully your inbox yesterday. Could you please confirm if everything is working from your side?

I was checking in my internal systems and I can see the error you are having with your inbox. 

The error we are getting seams to be related to the connection to the mail host.  This means we cannot sustain a connection to the mail host. This could be a temporary issue, but if it is not then usually the resolution is to work with the email provider to whitelist our IPs. Please check this article with your IT team Set up IMAP settings for your email domain t

So we put in our whitelist and unfortunately the same error persists. We follow all the steps that have passed.
