Problems with setting up my inboxes

SOLVE

Hi all,

Dear Hubspot,

 

We are struggeling with our email configuration.

Using two different email addresses doesn't works well together.

We have a sales team using our hello@ email, and the general mails are sent with info@.

We already encountered many difficulties (as for exemple the option 'send later' was not possible).

The team don't have a external inbox, and now they can't see the incoming mails.

 

Can someone help me with this matter or can direct me to a person who knows the whatsabout.

Hey @GVandamme  are you referring to the HubSpot conversations inbox or the external inboxes for these emails? If it's the latter then Hubspot does not control any of the mail routing or addresses for an inbox. 

 

If the issue is that emails being sent to your connected inboxes are not appearing in the HubSpot inbox, then this is a different issue. I would go through the guide to set up your conversations inbox again and ensure all inboxes for each of your emails are connected correctly.

Hi Tom,

 

Thank you for your reply. We already tried to configure it again. We only can see old emails and some sent. But not all incoming emails.

 

Is there anyhing else we can try.
