When I go to Contacts, I select my contact, create my email and I send it.
When I did everything, couple seconds after I received a mail error and my recipient do not receive my mail. I'm trying to know why but I didn't find the solution.
Unfortunately there's not much you can do here. As the error message states, the receiver's email provider rejected the email address. Incoming emails from your IP are not accepted.
You could try sending this email outside of HubSpot or using a different email account.
