We often send a broad email campaign to our database. It's common to see 1-2-3-4 opens of the same email. But sometimes, there are 6+ opens of that email, making me wonder if the prospect is sharing the email with coworkers.
How might I send a Slack message or email to the Contact Owner when this happens? Or drop a meeting invitation? Is there a contact field that might be sensitive to this?
I've read several other posts on this, but none quite fit this use case.

Hi @LINCScott
Whenever you send an email blast, please create a list of contacts who opened that particular email (You can easily create the list using the available filters such as email name, open, etc.).
After that, create a workflow, and enroll that contacts list into the workflow. In the workflow, set a notification email for the contact owner. It means that whoever opens that email will be added to the list. As soon as they are added to the list, they will enroll in the workflow. And that workflow will send the notification email to contact owners. After that, they can follow up with the leads with the appropriate method.
Thanks @kvlschaefer , for the tag.

Hi, @LINCScott There's no way to define the SAME email. That's why I used AND logic with the email name, which is not optimal but works. We can narrow it down by adding the Last marketing email open date. Does this help?

Thank you, Aakar. I APPRECIATE that you replied. However, your solution will tell me who opened the email ONCE. But let's say I want to be notified only when the email is opened by a Contact five or more times. Is there a field where I can build a workflow for that circumstance?

You can do that @LINCScott I'd suggest creating a list with the following filters (see screenshot) and then enrolling it in the workflow.

Aakar, thanks for hanging in there with me to think this through. As I understand it, though, your proposed solution will trigger when any five emails are opened. I want to trigger when the SAME EMAIL is opened five or more times. Is that doable?
