My first post question and I wanted to know that since Jun 18 last month, I am not seeing any new emails being received in my Hubspot email.
I am able to send emails, receive tracking for opened emails, and also the inbox is well connected and live. But for new emails, I don't see any emails being received.
I have tried some ways to disable and enable my account and email but no luck. Can someone from the tech team help?
I already have tech knowledge so I have already tried the basic stuff.
The first allows you to select which emails get logged and tracked each time you are sending an email to a contact or contacts. This option will not log incoming emails from new contacts.
The second option will show all incoming emails in the shared inbox, and should be used for shared emails like sales@company.com or enquiries@company.com.
When you say "But for new emails, I don't see any emails being received." - what exactly do you mean? You don't see them where?
