No sent email showing in apple mail and no reply in CRM

Hello!

I'm testing out Hubspot and have an issue with email:

I have linked my IMAP account, and sent a test mail from within Hubspot which delivered fine. However there are 2 problems -

1. The sent email doesn't show up in my Apple Mail Sent folder

2. When I replied to the email to check it was all working, the reply delivered to my Apple Mail Inbox, but doesnt show up in the CRM, so the thread has been lost.

This working seems fundamental to the CRM serving it's purpose....

Please help.
