My company changed from gmail hosted emails to Outlook and after re-adding the Outlook Team Email in my inboxes I can't edit the Agent Name 'send from' field anymore.
I saw a 2+ years old community post on the same topic, surely you have been able to develop this feature in this time?
Please don't mark this thread as solved until you have this basic feature.
Hey @ace-youri from this thread. It looks like this is actually a technical limitation on the outlook side and not the HubSpot side, so there would be nothing for HubSpot to develop to resolve this right now, this feature is not available within outlook.
If you like, you can open a feature request on the ideas board to request this feature in HubSpot, however if it's not technically possible within outlook there would still be no way to HubSpot to develop this.

Hey Tom I appreciate your quick response. If that is the case, then I understand there is nothing HubSpot can do to offer this feature on O365 connected accounts. A big let down for sure as I always really liked this feature on Google.
Will open a feature request to indicate our interest to have this in the future.
