Mobile Notifications NOT WORKING!

SOLVE

Anyone else's mobile notifications not working?  They were working fine this morning and then all of a sudden I am not getting notified when someone opens up my emails.  I have checked and ensured notifications are ON for Mobile on the Mobile App, I have updated app, uninstalled and reinstalled app and still nothing? 

 

A tech told me nothing is wrong on their end.  Anyone else having this issue today?  The only way to I see is by going to Activity Feed in the app and scrolling - annoying!

@KShearer I am receiving my notifications correctly so unfortunately can't be of much help here. When you say "A tech" do you mean you contacted HS support? 

Are you receiving notifications from other apps correctly on your mobile?

Same issue! I've done literally EVERYTHING!! However they did say they are going to open a ticket to get it checked into.
