Microsoft Graph for Outlook Inboxes

What is it?
As you may have heard, Microsoft is decommissioning the Outlook REST API in November 2022. This is the API we have historically used for our Outlook email integration. In preparation for this change, we at HubSpot have been rewriting our integration on the Graph API for Microsoft 365. 

Do I need to do anything?

No. Our team is working to migrate all Outlook connected inboxes to the Graph API with no user action required.

Which HubSpot features are impacted?

Connected personal and team inboxes using the Outlook 365 integration. There will be no changes to the integration functionality as a result of these changes.

When will this be done?

This post will be updated once all inboxes have been successfully migrated to the Graph. Click the Follow button to receive notifications.
