Last Thursday, notifications suddenly started sending to all of the team and keep coming. We've narrowed it down to a internal contact/company record patroncrm@patronpoints.com. Images attached for reference.
We can't find the root of the cause to determine a resolution. For a bandaid fix, we've disabled notifications but need to get this fixed. Has anyone seen this before?
I may have figured it out. It appears on Thursday the internal users email was set up for the channel inbox and access shared with everyone. I just turned it off and am going to see if emails stop spawning. Thanks!

@Glodeka do you have any type of account with PatronCRM? Does the email you're using for the shared inbox have an associated account where notifications can be turned off?
This looks to be an issue with the sender, not with HubSpot notifications in and of itself.
I would see if you can find an account or subscription that you can update with patron points directly.
If my reply answered your question please mark it as a solution to make it easier for others to find.
@Jnix284 - we've been able to determine patroncrm was created from Offline Sources from Conversations. The emails are not being recorded as being sent by HubSpot to the companies mentioned in the emails. Notifications have been turned off for the company and user account associated. However, the user account needs to receive notifications so this is only a bandaid solution and our goal is to get the spawning emails to stop.
