Last Activity Not Updating

My email is connected but when I click into a contact I recently emailed from outlook it's saying my last activity was over a month ago.  Am I missing something that would auto-log my emails being sent to prospects?

Once I conneted my new microsoft email it's not showing any of the activity i'm doing anywhere.  Is there something beyond connecting my email that I need to do for activity to log in hubspot?
