Issues trying to delete a user in CRM?

So, I go to settings and go to User and Teams. Click on it and now want to delete a user I created, but it won't let me do so.
It was orginally the Admin, but I switched it so that my other email is the Admin and it's not even let me do that?
Should I just delete my Instence and start over again??? I'm way too busy to be dealing with too many steps.
