I've already configured my gmail account and appears "Active" on Hubspot. But back at my Gmail inbox, the Hubspot icon appears inactive (in red) and when clicked, this message appears: "There are no HubSpot accounts for this email address".
I click and start over the whole process, but apparently the connection is made successfully according to Hubspot's configuration pannel.
I've spoken with someone at the helpdesk and could only address me here; I hope someone will be able to help.

Google Chrome extensions are tied to your Google Chrome profile. You must belogged into the HubSpot Sales account with the email of that profile in order to use the extension in Gmail.
If you downloaded the HubSpot Sales extension while logged into one Google Chrome profile but are currently logged into another profile, the extension may not appear in your browser window or you get an error that there are no HubSpot accounts linked with that email. Have you already tried switching to another profile in Chrome?
