When I receive a reply from a HubSpot-tracked email, it shows up in both my email client and in the HubSpot CRM entry for that specific contact. My question is this:
Is there a way to see who has replied to one of my emails from within the HubSpot CRM without opening each individual contact? I have looked but not found a report or other feature that gives me this information.
Thanks, Josh. The closest solution I've found is scroll through the Sales Dashboard in the Team Activity and scan for the "received an email." That will work well enough for now.
