I added an image to my email signature. It looks great. I uploaded the image to hubspot and added that image to the email signature.
Problem is it is included in the email as an attachment, thus shown twice. Any way to not have the image included as an attachment and only show in the actual signature?
Is this occurring in all email clients? Additionally, do you mind confirming what happens when you add images to the email that are not associated with your signature? Do they duplicate as well?
If you can share screenshots around what you are seeing in HubSpot vs. what you are seeing in your email client, that would be great!
When I place an image in the body of the email it behaves like the picture in the signature. It shows a broken image icon and includes it as an attachement.
Screen shot from email client, below that is the screen shot from email originated in Hubspot CRM:
My company just recently joined HubSpot. We have the same issue: when I sent an email, my recipient receives 3 attachments: one for the company logo, one for the Facebook page logo linked to our Facebook page, and one for LinkedIn.
Our email client is Microsoft Office Outlook.
Could you please let me know what should I do? My email is charles.perret@alayagood.com
I wanted to share this resource which walks through how to resolve this matter. This seems like a setting that is configured in your inbox, as opposed to HubSpot.
Hello. I'm having an issue with the icons and social logos with an email signature created in HubSpot. They seem to get cut off in Outlook when they've been received by the recipient. Any idea why this could be? Thanks!
