IMAP issue

Hi, I have just setup the Hubspot CRM and the email integration. I can send emails and when a client replies I get the reply in the CRM. However if the client sends me an email that is not in reply it does not get picked up by the CRM. Is this normal?

Hi Krystina,

 

thank you for your reply, it certainly did answer my question....unfortunately not the answer I was hoping for but at least now I know how the email integration works and its limitations.  Still, all-in-all a great system.
