I'm new to Hubspot and I'm configuring my account. Today i have connected my personal inbox using IMAP and SMTP protocols. I've configured them with proper parameters and inbox seems to be connected correctly. When i try to compose a new message a dialog window appears. It asks me to reconnect my inbox. I've completed all email configurations fields again, i didn't get errors, but the message still appears. I have tried logging out and deleting browser cache, but nothing changed.

The compose button will allow you to compose an email in your shared email inbox. This shared inbox allows anyone on your team to compose and respond from here.

I'm not sure why you're being asked to reconnect your inbox again, but, if your personal email inbox is now connected, this one has disconnected. Moving forward, keep in mind that conversations is a shared inbox that everyone on your team can see the emails and respond to them.

The top picture shows the conversations or team inbox. Something like info@yourcompanyname or sales@yourcompanyname. This would be an inbox that anyone from your team can see and answer.
The set up you completed is for one to one emails or your personal inbox. To send emails from your connected personal inbox, you need to click the email tool under the contact's name in the contact record. A pop up from the bottom of the contact record will prompt you to compose your email.
If you download and install the appropriate extension, you'll still have an inbox that is connected to your HubSpot account that will log and track your one-to-one emails. All emails will be recorded to the appropriate contact record in the timeline.
