Hey @2219742,
HubSpot doesn't support pop3 connections at the moment, just IMAP. This article discusses this further.

Also this is a pop3 (pop.1and1.com) not imap. I really need to connect my work email, not the personal. I want the personal to stay as that is how I setup my Office 365.
