IMAP Integration problem - ATT Website Mail - SMTP settings

I am trying to set up my work email for integration & it says my SMTP settings are incorrect, despite entering the same info that is listed my my mail provider and that sucessfully conencted this inbox to my cell phone.

 

I have tried checking/unchecking the "Allow non-secure certificate" box, adding & removing a username, and using different SMTP ports (465, 1025, 25) with no luck.
The final image below shows my provider's login info for IMAP, which worked on my phone as well, but is not working here.

Hi @raine,

 

Who is your email provider? Can you please confirm that the issue persists across multiple browsers, through an incognito window, and after clearing your cache and cookies?
