It seems that my email integration with HubSpot is generating many IDLE processes towards the server with my hosting service which is causing downed sites. Can you help fix or explain before I turn this off?
In order to use a Generic inbox with your email provider, HubSpot must maintain open connections in order to sync emails for connected inbox features such as auto reply logging.
We cannot make configuration changes on our end to how we sync emails, so we recommend seeing what changes can be made the hosting provider to prevent issues with websites going down.
