"Unable to create inbox for this user" error message when Hubspot attempts to connect to personal email account. (I use Microsoft Office Outlook desktop) Hubspot extensions successfully installed and working from Outlook side. But attempting to send from Hubspot won't allow me to connect my email account

Could you please send me a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? Is your email inbox hosted on a server running Exchange or IMAP?
If you're unsure about your email configuration, your IT Team or webmaster should be able to provide you with this information!

Can you verify if the server names and ports are correct under Advanced Options? Most but not all IMAP ports should be 143 or 993 and most SMTP ports should be 465 or 587.
If you're unsure about the port or server names, your IT team should be able to provide you with that information.
Once you've entered the port info, can you try to connect your email account again, please?
