Hubspot not logging some emails

We see the tracking data like "contact X opened the email" under activity but we do not see the email itself under contact record.

We sent the email through Hubspot so do not understand why Hub misses to log the emails sometimes.

We do not have any specific settings that may block/not log any domains...

Please help

and on emails the email is not there even though email was sent using hubspot
