Hubspot has stopped tracking my sent emails

Hi,

Up until like 2 weeks ago, I could in Outlook check the box to Track email opens and I would be able to follow it in Activity feed and Chrome extension.

Now, I can check the box but nothing happens. I can see on the email on the contact in Hubspot that "Michael chose to log this email but not track it".

 

Has anything changed during the last weeks? Or do you have any other idea of what it can be?

Can add that I do have notifications left to recieve, so it's not that cap either.

I would also recommend checking for any updates on the extension to make sure it's updated.

Thanks for the reply!

I have used it with success for months, and I have always done the same way as described in that link.

Also tried to find how to update but can't see that I can update when I'm looking at the extension. I can delete it, but not update. So guessing I have the lastest version.

 

Any other thoughts?
