I am having troubles connecting my IMAP account with hubspot. Here I attach the error message, and my Thunderbird configuration that is actually working. I use another webmail software to connect via IMAP and it works just fine, what can I try to solve the problem?

In order to troubleshoot this issue, I will need all of the information outlined here including your server names and email address.
I did notice in your screenshot that the settings that are showing are for POP which is different than IMAP. Currently HubSpot cannot connect to inboxes through POP3.
If you are connecting through IMAP and have servers open for IMAP, please let me know and I am happy to continue digging into this with you.
