HubSpot stopped logging emails

Hi there,

 

I started to send some test emails back and forth between two of my mail accounts to get used to HubSpot.

So I connected my one.com mail via IMAP+SMTP and sent some mails back and forth.

At first all went fine, my send and received mails were logged and tracked in my contact.

Not sure if that is relevant, but then one of my sent mails contained the info:

Tracking data is not available for this email. [Me] chose to log this email but not track it.

Afterwards, only the mails which I sent through HubSpot were logged (and tracked). Mails that I received or sent through one.com were not anymore.

I already reconnected my mail, but nothing changed.

What can I do?

Hi @Nils2 ,

 

  • You should try reinstalling Chrome extension
  • and in your Gmail app you must see HubSpot logo with Green dotScreenshot 2023-09-29 at 7.33.49 PM.png

  • Also in Settings Check for "Log and Track Settings"

Test after doing the above and if it didn't work - please contact support they will help you 😄
