How to track open and spam rate for 1:1 sales emails?

Hi,

This seems like such a basic feature yet I cannot find a good answer. How do I track open and spam rates for emails sent from CRM? I.e. those sent through the email button of a single contact in the CRM.

Hi @HVerschueren,

For open rates, there is a new private beta which you might already see under Settings > Product Updates: "Connected email analytics rates in the custom report builder" (If you don't see this yet, you'll have to be a bit more patient.)
