How to setup simple email series on contact add

Résolue

I cant seem to find anything in hubspot sales or marketing hubs that allow me to send a short email series to new contacts as they are added. This is very simple functionality within most email autoresponders.

Does hubspot not allow this or is there a hack I can use to make this work?

Hi @MarkRoyer

Automation is a feature of Marketing Pro or Enterprise.

Which "tier" of HubSpot (e.g. Starter, Pro, etc.) are you using?

How many contacts do you have in your Hubspot portal? In my opinion, there is no point in upgrading to the Pro or Enterprise unless you have >1000 contacts.  If there is less then 1000 contacts, you can likely just send the emails like normal and really personalize them (which has a huge benefit). Once there are thousands of contacts, and they are tough to keep up with and email automatically, then its probably worth it to upgrade to Pro.

Hope that helps!

Hi @MarkRoyer,

This requires Marketing Hub Professional which includes contact-based workflows with automated marketing emails. If their pricing is too prohibitive, then I'd recommend looking into third-party solutions which integrate with HubSpot. For example, Outfunnel has simple marketing automation features to create and send marketing emails to your CRM contacts. Check out the integration page here.

Starter. I am a one-man show and the pro or enterprise are way too expensive.

Other ideas?
