How to send- Automated Ticketed Created & Ticket Closed Notification?
SOLVE
Hey Dear,
I use the tickets option from hubspot like- when someone email's me to help@gulfishan.com.bd this email automatically converts to a ticket from my dashboard. But the sender is not notified about his email is created as a ticket ?!??
I would like to notify senders about their sending and after closing the ticket from my end. Which option should I use to do this?
It looks like you're using the free CRM. Automated ticket actions such as open ticket and closed ticket notifications are only available in the paid Service Hub (at least a Starter subscription if I'm not mistaken). See: Automate ticket status and actions

(I'm not aware of any free workarounds, unfortunately.)
