How to see email replies

Is there a place where I can see email replies. I have gone through and I can see the replies if I click on the contact directly. Is there a place where I can see new replies so I know if someone has responded?

Hi @DEckert1,

Generally, HubSpot expects you to use your regular email client alongside the CRM. The best place to check for replies would be Gmail, Outlook etc.

There is also an email index page which you can filter and use here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/view-and-filter-records

"In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts, then click the Contacts dropdown menu and select Emails."

Besides that, there is no central inbox for personal emails in HubSpot.
