How to edit 'About this contact' properties in Conversations?

One of our accounts has a customised 'About this contact' property list on the right hand side WHEN IN INBOX - CONVERSATIONS.

This is not the 'About this contact' default preview that appears on the left, we know how to customise that.

I know it's possible because I can see all our properties in my login but I can't on my collegaues login.

Just to confirm, are you referring to the 'Ticket Details' section shown in the Inbox on the right-hand side? If so, I can share the solution from a post I handled a few days ago. If not, could you kindly provide a screenshot of the section so I can review it?

HI there, no.

Go to
1. CRM
2. Inbox
3. Click on a coversation.
4. Ensure 'i' in top right is clicked to display 'About This Contact'

How to edit the properties shown in 'about this contact' here? It's not the same as 'About This Contact 'Preview'

Currently, it’s not possible to edit the properties shown in the 'About This Contact' section within the inbox. This feature is available in HelpDesk but hasn't been rolled out for the inbox yet.

I noticed a similar idea already posted in our Ideas Forum: Edit contact right side bar within Conversation Inbox.

Please see my screenshot, see how it includes the 'notes' section?


My colleague, who has a recently created super admin account, does not.
We have added it everywhere but it still won't show. Can't figure out why it shows for me and not her.

Hi @LIncidentalOr, I see what you're mentioning now. The screenshots weren't showing up for me before. Since you had this question a few days ago, I'd like to confirm if you were able to resolve it. If so, could you share what you did? And if you're still having trouble, please let me know so I can continue investigating.

What doesn't make sense is why my login/account displays different fields
than that of my colleague? Both accounts are super admin and have access to
all properties.

At some point I must have been able to customise it?
