How to disable logging to non-customer/leads?

Looking for a fast one-click way to eliminate adding contacts to the CRM from linked outlook account.  Very often our team is working with vendors or internal members where we don't want to create a contact record and log all emails and attachements.  I only know how to click through to email settings and add an email address to prevent logging.  Is there a better way that I'm missing?

We usually suggest adding specific email addresses or email domains to “Never log list” in order to prevent making new contact records or not logging emails (Knowledge base article “Exclude recipients from CRM email logging”). Alternative is that if you send emails from your connected inbox such as Gmail or Outlook, you can un-check “Log” option before sending out the email. This will prevent the email being logged in HubSpot or creating a new contact record.
