How to direct business mail to personal hotmail?

Hi, Everyone. Being owner of a small business we are using business mail for our business activities. Now the issue which our company is facing is the missing of important email at the time when we are out of office. So is there any way that we redirect all the incoming mails to traffic tour app business mail to our personal hotmail. If yes so kindly share the resources so I can learn it.
