How not to unenroll contacts from sequence when they reply
SOLVE
Hello, I want to create an email sequence for onboarding my customers. I want them to receive all the emails from my sequence, but if a customer replies to one of those emails they will be unenrolled from the sequence and won't receive the remaining emails.
Is there a way to avoid that?
I already tried creating a workflow, but the automatic email sending function is blocked in the professional sales hub subscription. Therefore this is not an option for me.
Any ideas how to do it with the tools available in the Sales Professional package?
Automated email sending in HubSpot does (unfortunately, in your case) require a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription. Alternatively, you can consider integrating third-party email tools with HubSpot that offer more affordable email automation. (The best place to evaluate those is the HubSpot app marketplace.)
