How can I add intercompany e-mails to a specific company?

SOLVE

Quite often we have e-mails between co-workers and those e-mails are tracked/logged in HS.  Is there a way to associate/link/tag those e-mails with a "Company" in HS?

Another example would be when we e-mail a contractor regarding a project.  We would like to associate that communication to a "Company" in HS.

Hi @deanvallejo I'm a but confused by your query here. If you have associated a contact with a company, any email you send to the contact also posts to the company timeline. This will work with contacts that are your prospects, not with coworkers.

You mentioned that you are tracking/logging messages with coworkers; do these coworkers have email addresses different from from your portal address? Normally, Hubspot will not log messages to corworkers. Regardless you wouldn't be able to link those messages to a specific company, other than the matching domain of the email addresses.

Hope this helps,
