Keywords are blocking emails and pushing emails to spam
SOLVE
I sell hemp and marijuana seeds. Seeds contain no THC, and are by all definitions considered hemp, and are therefore legal to buy, sell, and possess in every State of the Union. However, keywords like "hemp, cannabis, marijuana, THC, etc." and picture of sticky buds and 5 fingered leaves are bad news for blocking emails and getting pushed to the spam area. Can anyone advise how hubspot handles this issue, or coach me on dancing around the issue? Thanks
HubSpot itself can't do much about this. Similar to SEO, you can only try to pass on as many positive signals about your content as possible. The eventual decision what to do with that content rests with the service provider.
For you that means that you want to absolutely nail all other aspects of sender reputation and email deliverability, for example:
@natsumimori also compiled a lot of great resources here. Over time, email service providers should recognize you as a trustworthy sender. The issue could be that in the past, some recipients have already marked your emails as spam.
Best regards!
