I've been using Hubspot with a gmail based account for one of my freelance clients, and thought it would be a great tool to use when working for another of my clients. That was easy to set up and has proved really useful.
So I thought I'd set up a similar account for another client I work for. With Client 2 our email is hosted via an IONOS account.
I cannot for the life of me work out how I can connect the email inbox on Hubspot so it looks like it's going via my IONOS address.
It says it should be a Microsoft Exchange login, but I can't see how to make that work.
Is there another way I can use Hubspot to email potential clients and keep track of all email activity, and to the client is looks like it's from my regular email address?
Any help, in very simple steps, would be much appreciated.
Hey @MaryG2, thank you for posting in our Community!
To connect your IONOS email to HubSpot, start by getting your IMAP and SMTP settings from IONOS. In HubSpot, go to your email integrations, select “Other (IMAP),” and enter your IONOS email details, including the server information. Once connected, you can send and track emails through HubSpot, and they'll appear as if they’re from your IONOS address.
