I would like to find a way to track all of my created meetings within HubSpot. I can create a meeting by going to a contact and scheduling a meeting there, but don't see a good way to view all of my meetings in one place. What is the best way to proceed? I do not want to use the meeting scheduling tool and want to just send an invite.
Out of the box, HubSpot does not have an overview of all created meetings. With a Professional subscription and access to custom reports, you can however create a custom activities report and display/filter all meetings according to your needs (Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Activities).
Outside of a Professional subscription, this can currently not be achieved. If you have one and need more guidance with the report creation, let me know. Happy to elaborate.
Best regards!

Sure, navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Single object > Activities.
Under Filters, set a filter for Activity Type "Meeting" and adjust the date filter to your liking. Additionally, filter for Activity assigned to and select yourself.
Next, click into the Visualization tab, pick a table visualization (unsummarized data table) and add any columns that you like via "Get more properties to display in the Data step". I'd recommend Meeting name, Meeting description, Associated Contacts, Activity Date.
That's it 🙂
Let me know if you get stuck at any point.
