GoDaddy Email not working.

So I have a godaddy email account and trying to sync it was my hubspot account. I wnter the imcoming server:

imap.secureserver.net
SSL Port: 993
Port: 143

and outcoming server:

Outgoing server (SMTP): smtpout.secureserver.net
SSL Port: 465 or 587
Ports: 80, 3535 or 25

 

I keep getting this message.

Unauthorized

HubSpot can't access your inbox because the credentials are incorrect.
 
I have been on tech support with both godaddy and HubSpot for hours. Any idea why this isnt working??

GoDaddy Email not working.

I had this issue.  Most emails from Godaddy are issues as Free, which is only pop enabled.  You have to upgrade to an iMap plan enabled email.  When I spoke with them (godaddy), they found another domain name that I had and it didn't cost anything.  Only took about 2 minutes and then my inbox connection started working.  https://www.godaddy.com/help/do-i-have-imap-or-pop-settings-20179   and  https://www.godaddy.com/help/upgrade-my-email-account-plan-19162

Some email clients require users to create an app-specific password in order to login. Follow your email provider's steps to create an app-specific password, and use that app-specific password to log in.

 

Our recommendation is to please try correcting the email/password and reconnect.

 

Troubleshoot errors when connecting an inbox with IMAP and SMTP
