Gmail connected and enabled but I cannot see emails on the account in HS

SOLVE

Hi, 

I have connected my Gmail and checked that HS has access, however, when I go into an account I cannot see any activity or emails that I have been CC'd on or have been sent from other users.

HubSpot does not automatically sync all emails from your email account to corresponding records in HubSpot. You will only see emails that

Hi @MM271 

 

Connecting your inbox is one of two steps.

In order for emails to actually be logged against contacts (and other HubSpot objects) you need install the HubSpot Chrome extension.

 

Once you have installed the plug-in you can select which emails to log and track, and also log historic emails to contacts in HubSpot.

Hi @MM271 

 

Connecting your inbox is one of two steps.

In order for emails to actually be logged against contacts (and other HubSpot objects) you need install the HubSpot Chrome extension.

 

Once you have installed the plug-in you can select which emails to log and track, and also log historic emails to contacts in HubSpot.
